About Marty
Marty is Eclipse’s Chief Executive Officer and has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to starting Eclipse, Marty was instrumental in building highly successful asset-based lending platforms at LaSalle Bank, PPM Finance, and Fidelity Business Credit. He also has extensive experience in all facets of commercial finance.
About Tron
Tron is Eclipse’s, Chief Commercial Officer. He joined the company in connection with its March 2016 launch as a Senior Managing Director focused on business development efforts in the Southwest Region. Prior thereto, Mr. Allen provided strategic advice to clients on capital structure alternatives as an investment banker at both BKD Corporate Finance and Deloitte Corporate Finance. He also previously held a variety of business development and operating roles at GE Capital and JP Morgan Chase.

Linstrom
About Jeff
Jeff serves as Eclipse’s General Counsel and has approximately 30 years of experience in asset-based lending, commercial finance, and restructuring finance. Before joining Eclipse, Jeff held the role of General Counsel at Hilco Global, a financial services company. Prior to that, he practiced law for 13 years as a member of the corporate restructuring practice at two distinguished law firms - Jones Day and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

About Bond
Bond is Eclipse’s Head of Underwriting and has 25 years of experience in the asset-based lending industry. Prior to joining Eclipse, Bond worked at Fifth Third Bank, Fremont Financial Corporation, and CIT Group. He also spent 17 years at GE Capital, where he held several risk management roles with increasing levels of responsibility across a variety of asset-based and cash flow lending businesses.
About Craig
Craig is Eclipse’s Chief Financial Officer and has more than 11 years of experience in corporate finance, specifically in budgeting, managing department financials, overseeing large project spends, implementing multiple finance systems, and handling international compliance for subsidiaries in 13 countries. Prior to joining Eclipse Business Credit, he held positions at SmithBucklin and CareerBuilder.
About Chris
Chris is Eclipse’s Chief Operations Officer, who is a 30 year veteran of the asset-based finance industry. Prior to joining Eclipse, he served at US Bank where he was an Operations Executive. Before US Bank, he worked at RSM McGladrey and LaSalle Business Credit, having held roles of increasing responsibility in auditing, risk management, portfolio management, and originations.

About Jim
Jim Gurgone has over 28 years of lending experience including senior and credit management roles. Mr. Gurgone holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago. Jim was born and raised in Chicago and lived in California from 2011 to 2019. Jim is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

About Tracy
Tracy serves as an EVP of Risk management for Eclipse. To that role, she brings 25 years of experience in all facets of secured lending, including field exams, underwriting, special assets management, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Eclipse, Tracy was a member of the ABL teams at The Huntington National Bank and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, among others. She also brings public accounting experience to Eclipse, as a former employee of Deloitte & Touche.
